1. Warranty Scope
We supply genuine products and handle quality complaints in line with applicable consumer law. This page explains how warranty-related claims are assessed.
2. What May Be Covered
- Verified manufacturing defects
- Products that materially differ from their description
- Delivery-related damage reported promptly with evidence
3. What Is Generally Not Covered
- Normal wear, aging, or expected product variation
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect storage, or accidental handling after delivery
- Complaints without sufficient order or product evidence
- Products not purchased through our official sales channels
4. How to Submit a Claim
Send your claim to help@escentino.com with your order number, issue description, and clear photos where relevant. We may request additional details to complete our assessment.
5. Possible Remedies
If a claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution depending on stock availability and the nature of the issue. For sample and decant orders, see our Refunds & Returns policy.
6. Consumer Rights
