We supply genuine products and handle quality complaints in line with applicable consumer law. This page explains how warranty-related claims are assessed.

  • Verified manufacturing defects
  • Products that materially differ from their description
  • Delivery-related damage reported promptly with evidence

3. What Is Generally Not Covered

  • Normal wear, aging, or expected product variation
  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect storage, or accidental handling after delivery
  • Complaints without sufficient order or product evidence
  • Products not purchased through our official sales channels

4. How to Submit a Claim

Send your claim to help@escentino.com with your order number, issue description, and clear photos where relevant. We may request additional details to complete our assessment.

5. Possible Remedies
