3. Products, Availability and Pricing

We aim to display accurate descriptions, notes, ingredients, images and pricing. Minor differences in color or presentation may occur depending on screen settings, batch changes, or packaging updates.
3.2 Availability
All products are subject to availability. Items in your cart are not reserved until payment is successfully completed.
3.3 Pricing
Prices are shown in euros (EUR). Where applicable, taxes are included unless stated otherwise. We may update prices at any time, but confirmed paid orders are not affected by later price changes.
4. Orders, Payment and Fraud Prevention
4.1 Order placement
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order where required for stock, pricing corrections, payment failure, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

Payments are processed via Mollie and the payment methods shown at checkout. An order is only finalized after successful payment authorization or capture.
4.3 Payment status handling
If a payment is not completed (for example failed, canceled, or expired), your order may be paused or canceled automatically.

You may place eligible orders as a guest where offered. Guest orders can include an optional account creation flow after checkout. If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your login details and for activity on your account.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery windows and shipping costs are shown during checkout and may vary by destination and order details.
Free standard EU shipping promotions apply only to standard shipping. This standard option may be shipped without track & trace. If track & trace is available and selected, you pay only the difference shown at checkout.

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

8. Gift Cards, Discount Codes and Review Rewards
Gift cards, promotional codes and review-related reward discounts may be subject to minimum order values, expiry dates, one-time use limits, and campaign-specific restrictions. Unless required by law, they are not redeemable for cash.

Where subscription products are offered, recurring renewal orders may be generated according to the selected subscription plan terms and billing schedule.
