Refunds & Returns

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of hand-filled perfume decants and samples, opened or used products cannot be returned.

All perfume samples, decants, and testers are considered final sale once opened or sprayed.

We cannot offer refunds if:

• you dislike the scent
• the fragrance smells different than expected
• the sample has already been used or sprayed

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or contains the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos of:

• the product
• the packaging
• any visible damage

After review, we may offer:

The following items are non-returnable:

• opened perfume samples
• used decants
• testers
• personalized products
• international orders

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
