1. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
2. How to Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at help@escentino.com or log into your account to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Package Your Return
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
We will provide you with a return shipping address. Use a tracked shipping method and keep your tracking number for reference.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must:
- Be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging and tags
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or products of equal value. If you wish to exchange an item:
- Follow the return process above
- Indicate in your return request that you want an exchange
- Specify the item you'd like to exchange for
If the exchange item is more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference. If it's less expensive, we'll refund the difference.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless:
- The product is defective or damaged
- We sent the wrong item
- Otherwise specified in our terms
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
