How to wear a 2ml sample so you can actually judge it
Spray count, wait time, and a simple day-long test so a 2ml ESCENTINO vial tells you the truth about a fragrance.
Give it a full day, not a first sniff
The opening of a perfume is a trailer, not the film. Citrus and aromatics flash first; woods, musk, amber, and vanilla stay. A 2ml sample is wasted if you only smell the cap and decide.
Wear it on skin — pulse points on one wrist or the side of the neck — and leave the other side unscented so you have a control.
A practical wear test
Use one or two sprays from the vial. Wait ten minutes, then check again at one hour and at four hours. Ask whether you still like it when you are not thinking about it: at a desk, on a walk, after a meal.
Heat, fabric, and a hot shower the night before all change projection. If a scent feels loud, try it on a cooler day or with a single spray under a shirt rather than on the neck.
What “good” looks like for a sample
You do not need a scent to fill a room. For most days you want a trail you notice when you move, not a cloud other people have to walk through. If you keep reaching for the same vial after three wears, that is a stronger signal than any description on the product page.
